After-Sales Support

We have access to our group companies’ facilities, which allows us to offer various complementary services. These include specialist product teams that can provide in-depth technical support on various products.

The A.C. Group has a large in-house department dedicated to servicing, repairing, and testing professional lighting, audio, and video equipment.

The specialist technicians are certified by manufacturers and industry associations, ensuring that all work carried out is of the highest quality and is compliant with the latest industry safety standards.

There is also a large stock of popular spare parts for the large variety of products the group supplies, enabling us to offer a quick turnaround service.

Training Day

A training day typically consists of a product specialist or a manufacturer representative leading basic or advanced training on a specific product or range. They begin at a set time and will normally cover a set agenda. These days are a great opportunity to improve your product knowledge and to have an expert answering your questions.

Open Day

An open day typically consists of product specialists talking through a range of products and discussing your needs, in order to find the right solution for your project and budget. You can pop in whenever it’s convenient to do so and also enjoy networking with other industry professionals.

Tourflex Custom Cable Manufacturing

Tourflex Cabling is manufactured in two large, in-house, dedicated workshops that have been making and supplying specialist custom cabling to the entertainment industry for over 40 years.

Our skilled, experienced team assembles over 10,000 cables a month globally, using more than 1 million metres of cable a year and high-quality components from industry-standard brands.
